Refunds, cancellation, and license recovery

Payments for Web2Figma Lite are processed by Creem. We do not store card details.

Refunds

If you need a refund, contact web2figma@psd2figma.cloud with your checkout email, order reference, and a short reason. Approved refunds are processed in the payment provider dashboard, then the related license may be revoked to prevent future Pro use.

Cancellation

Subscription cancellation is handled through the payment provider flow. Cancellation or expiration webhooks revoke the matching Pro license when they are received by our license system.

License recovery

If you paid but did not receive a license key, contact support with your checkout email and order reference. We can look up the latest active license for your email or reissue a license after confirming the payment record.
